  • Celfy is committed to transparency and fairness in all transactions.
  • Refunds are considered only in specific situations where the service/product was not delivered as promised or cannot be accessed due to issues on our side.
  • Refund requests must be made within the eligible time frame stated below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Not Delivered
    • If you paid but did not receive access to the purchased service within the promised time.
  2. Technical Errors
    • If a payment was processed multiple times due to a technical glitch, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
  3. Wrongful Charge
    • If your account is charged incorrectly or more than the agreed price.
  4. Pre-Activation Cancellation
    • If you request cancellation before the service has been activated or delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Services that have already been activated, used, or delivered.
  • Customized services/products developed specifically as per client requirements.
  • Change of mind after purchase or dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control.
  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order.

4. Subscription and Recurring Payments

  • If you are subscribed to a recurring plan on Celfy, you must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial usage of subscription periods.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  2. Provide details including your full name, payment transaction ID, date of payment, and reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Our support team will verify the request and update you on the status.

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Any payment gateway/transaction charges will be deducted where applicable.
